Returns & Exchanges

For orders placed from November 1, 2023, through December 15, 2023, enjoy extended holiday returns and exchanges until January 15, 2024.We want you to love your new purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us take care of it!

  • You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 
  • A free shipping label will only be available for exchanges or store credit within the US 
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
  • Original shipping charges and customs/duties are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only
  • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. 
  • Refunds will be processed within approx. 7 days after we receive your return.

Final Sale Items

Unless marked store credit/exchange only, all items marked Final Sale are heavily marked down and are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other merchandise. We cannot process returns or exchanges if a Final Sale item is shipped back to us. Please contact our customer service prior to purchasing if you have any questions regarding sizing, fit and/or fabrication.

To receive a return authorization number, please fill out this form: LINK

Once we have received your request, we will send you a RA#.

We will provide you with a return label, and it will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns will NOT be accepted without a return authorization number. 
  • Items arriving without an authorization number will be refused. 
  • Please write the RA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box or place a note inside the return package with the RA# included. 
  • Please keep your tracking number for all returns. 
  • Exchanged merchandise will be credited as a return and a new order must be placed for new items (including new size of same style).
  • Please keep any proof of return (i.e. receipts or tracking numbers).
  • Please return packages only at an authorized USPS, UPS or Fed ex office Location. 
  • We are not liable for packages lost in transit back to Greylin HQ, if the label provided was not scanned at any time, or if there's no record of that package being return to our office. we cannot offer a refund.
