We want you to love your new purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us take care of it! To make a return, enter our Return Portal
- You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have all orginal tags.
- Sale merchandise are eligible for store credit only.
- Free shipping labels are only avaiable for exchanges or store credit within the US.
- For U.S. orders, choosing Redo Free Return Shipping ensures your return shipping costs are covered for that order. If you opt not to purchase Redo Free Return Shipping, you will be responsible for paying your own return label.
- International customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of their returns.
- Original shipping charges and customs/duties are non-refundable.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
- Refunds may take up to 7 days to process after we receive your return.
Final Sale Items
Unless marked store credit/exchange only, all items marked Final Sale are heavily marked down and are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other merchandise. We cannot process returns or exchanges if a Final Sale item is shipped back to us.
