Greylin accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution).
Greylin reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone..
All orders will be processed in 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Packages that are processed will be picked up by shipping carriers (UPS, US Postal Service) and Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 10am PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please understand there may be unanticipated delays due to inclement weather takes 5 to 10 days to deliver depending on your location.
Please allow some delays during holidays and after long weekends.
We do ship internationally. Please contact email@example.com with your order for a custom shipping quote and we will get back to you shortly.
Please note: we are NOT responsible for any other additional duties, taxes, or fees applied when shipping internationally. Additional import charges are the responsibility of the buyer because we have no control over these charges and cannot determine what they may be.
All orders ship with a signature confirmation and we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Sales Tax will be applied on orders shipped in California. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

If you provided a valid e-mail address during the Checkout process, you will receive two e-mails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second e-mail notifies you your order has shipped, and also contains your shopgreylin.com order tracking number.
Final Sale Items
All items marked Final Sale are heavily marked down and are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other merchandise. We cannot process returns or exchanges if a Final Sale item is shipped back to us. Please contact our customer service prior to purchasing if you have any questions regarding sizing, fit and/or fabrication.
Canceling an order
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to maintain a live stream inventory, occasionally we may run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Upon shipment of your order, we will send an Out of Stock Notification via email explaining that one or more items in your order are out of stock, and will not be available for shipment in the foreseeable future.
If you did not receive an Out of Stock Notification and your shipment does not contain all items ordered please contact Customer Service immediately.
An investigation may need to be placed to track the package and check for delivery problems. Please contact Customer Service to start this investigation.
**DO NOT throw away your box; the shipping company may need to see it for the investigation.
LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES
If the tracking information for your delivered package is "CONFIRMED" or "DELIVERED" by our shipping carriers (UPS, US Postal Service). We are NOT responsible for packages that were left unclaimed, got lost or stolen after we delivered.
We recommend that you track your package as soon as we send you the tracking information.
If for any reason your package got lost by our shipping carriers (UPS, US Postal Service) and there is NO Proof of Deliver we will cover the damages.
We want you to love your new purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us take care of it!
- You may return or exchange your merchandise within 15 days, strictly from the invoice date.
- A free shipping label will only be available for Exchanges/Store Credit Returns.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
- Original shipping charges and customs/duties are nonrefundable.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within approx. 7 days after we receive your return
All sale items marked Final Sale have a strict NO RETURNS- NO EXCHANGES policy
To receive a return authorization number, please email email@example.com. Be sure to fill in the return authorization number on the label below, and tape it onto the box.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Items arriving without an authorization number will be refused.

Please keep your tracking number for all returns.
Exchanged merchandise will be credited as a return and a new order must be placed for new items (including new size of same style).
