Shipping policy

We ship our orders Monday-Friday. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment has been processed. All orders placed on Friday will ship out the following Monday.

USPS Priority Shipping (2-5 Business Days)   

$10 for 1 item 

$15 and up for 2+ items 

USPS Priority Express Shipping (Overnight)

$35 for 1 item 

$68 for 3-5 items 

UPS Ground (3-7 Business Days)

$13 for 1-4 items 

UPS 3-Day Select (3 Business Days)  

$18 for 2-5 items 

 

International Shipping

Greylin offers a calculated shipping rate for international customers based on the destination, size, and current carrier rates. Below is an estimated shipping rate based on the number of items ordered. 

Please note: we are NOT responsible for any other additional duties, taxes, or fees applied when shipping internationally. Additional import charges are the buyer's responsibility, as we have no control over them and cannot determine what they may be. Please check your local customs website for more information. 

We do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Russia, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela. 

 International DHL (2-3 Business Days)   

$48 for 1-2 items 

$60 for 2-5 items 

 

Refused Shipment

If you refuse a shipment from Greylin Collection, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Greylin Collection. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our Free Shipping or International Shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Lost/Stolen/Unclaimed Packages

If the tracking information for your delivered package is "CONFIRMED" or "DELIVERED" by our shipping carriers (UPS, US Postal Service). We are NOT responsible for packages that were left unclaimed, got lost, or stolen after they were delivered. 

We are not responsible for packages that were left unclaimed at the USPS. If a package is returned to us, we will ONLY issue store credit if there are no damages.

We recommend that you track your package as soon as we send you the tracking information.
